Do not promise a scheduled or actual release date unless the live record displays that label. VINE's central value is the participating source's custody event and prospective notice.
Register Shelby Release Notifications

Read a Shelby VINE Alert
Save the source agency, person identifier, exact event wording, and timestamp. A release alert is strong evidence that a participating source reported a custody event. It may not explain the court disposition or where the person went. If the message says “transfer,” do not rewrite it as community release.

Final discharge is different from physical release and community supervision. Report only the stage the record actually shows.
